DOMESTIC (Continental United States, Alaska,and Hawaii)

Free Shipping!

We are pleased to offer free USPS standard ground delivery shipping (5-7 days) to U.S. domestic customers. On the check-out page just go ahead and select that option from the drop-down list. However, if you would like your jewelry to arrive sooner, we also offer USPS flat rate Priority Mail for $4.90 (2-3 business days).

Orders placed for any items regardless of the method chosen will be shipped within two business days of receiving the order.

Please send an email to customerservice@ariesouljewelry.com if you would like to utilize an alternate shipping service (e.g., USPS Express Mail for $13.65 which is overnight guaranteed), and your order will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost of shipping based on that service.



INTERNATIONAL

For international shipping we offer United States Postal Service (USPS) flat rate Priority Mail International, and there are just 2 simple options based on where you live:

USPS Priority Mail Intl (Canada and Mexico): $10.88

USPS Priority Mail Intl (Rest of the World): $12.78

It will take approximately 6-10 business days (5 days plus 2 or 3 additional days getting through customs). Unfortunately there is no tracking option offered.

Our web site does not calculate other international shipping options, but if you are interested in an alternative method of delivery (e.g., USPS Express Mail International which is more expensive, but will take less time and offer online tracking) you may e-mail us so that we can send you an estimate of the shipping cost for the items you are interested in. If we come to an agreement on another method, your order will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost of shipping.

Also please note that orders outside the US may be subject to customs or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country or region. Those additional costs are outside the scope of your business transaction with Ariesoul Jewelry and are your responsibility to research and pay for.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt/delivery of the item/s. After 3 days, all sales are final. Returns are accepted as long as the items are returned (post dated) within 7 days of receipt of the item/s, in their original condition and packaging, with the hang tag still attached to the item/s. Refunds will be given in the form of money back. Any original shipping and return shipping charges are at the buyer's expense.
